Ralph Knowles named as one of country's top lawyers

Ralph Knowles was named by Law Dragon magazine as one of the top 500 lawyers in the United States.  The magazine had this to say about Ralph:  "His 10-figure breast-implant win against Dow Chemical still shines, but now Knowles spends more time trying to exonerate death row inmates with mental handicaps."
