Firm and lawyers listed in 2010 edition of Chambers USA's Guide to America's Leading Lawyers for Business

The 2010 edition of the Chambers USA's Guide to America's Leading Lawyers for Business has been released.  The firm was again named as one of Georgia's leading firms for business litigation, and, indeed, is the only small firm  and predominantly contingent-fee based firm listed.  The authors of the guide report that its sources say about the firm:  "These lawyers really know how to fight for their clients.  They pick their battles carefully, with judgment that can be trusted implicitly."  

Four of the firm's lawyers -- Everette Doffermyre, Bob Shields, Ken Canfield, and Ralph Knowles -- were individually listed as leading litigation lawyers.  According to the guide, Everette Doffermyre is "an outstanding trial lawyer;"  Bob Shields is noted as being "exceptionally skilled and respected;" and Ken Canfield "is hailed as a brilliant lawyer with refreshingly good people skills who gets extraordinary results for his clients."  The guide also recognized Ralph Knowles for his expertise in trials involving products liabilty, toxic torts, an consumer class actions.
